I just never got into wholesaling  LOL.. other than the aforementioned when I would take a plat to pre plat and flip it to Dr Horton or Lennar.. and make many hundreds of thousands on a double escrow.. however I understand your licensed and in my day job now of funding folks like you all over the US I see that the bigger wholesalers that actually have some legs are all licensed..
