They are buying deals from tired and overwhelmed property owners who have owned these properties for 15-25 years.

Theres a Hankook tire factory going in at exit 8 with an expected 1800+ jobs.

We would be looking at buying tired/neglected & under-appreciated assets, do some renovations & reposition them (e.g. value-add strategy).  

I gets frustrating and tiring to drive around checking grass and handing out violation notices.

Set the bar high and weed out the tire kickers with your professionalism.

If they don't answer my questions, I know they have not read the ad and are just clicking and "tire kicking" or they lack the intellectual focus for me to have any business relationship with them.
