Seeing as it is usually about 20 degrees and the lake is frozen I kinda think that is off. 

I think you're right about an ejectment being more burdensome. 

What's most impactful about truly learning neighborhoods is the ability to identify a "C" neighborhood that has the potential or is actively becoming a "B" neighborhood.

It would be helpful to know if you are talking about turn-key properties, or value-add properties.

However, I have some reservations about buying a house before seeing how things shake out after Feb 2nd for a few reasons: - Towns seem very unclear about how they will adopt this new law.
