The way I interpret it is, if you as the landlord pull a credit score of the applicant, you must then ask them why it is what it is...seems like this pertains to past evictions and other aspects as well...the ordinance does not clarify what type of 'additional information' and 'history' would categorically allow a landlord to reject a tenant's application

@Ryan FoxRealize if you setup a separate LLC to manage then it’s third party managed and you will need to most likely get licensed as well as additional insurance.
