My hope is to find a built in property manager who I could add the single family management too and growing that person's team.. 

They will continue owning the property and I bring in a team to do the rehab work. 

I have a business in the state of WI where I often travel and also have a team of the local agent, bankers and contractors who specialize in the industrial properties.

You are required to find a good property manager and learn how to manage a team from afar - which in all honesty, does take more work upfront however once you set up your systems it is much more passive in the long run!

Our team also helps rehabbers get great properties to rehab so I might be able to help you with that too!

I’m looking to build a team and make connections both with fellow investors and contractors as well.

The lack of a team was a big challenge for me.

It is also good to have that face to face with the cleaners and handymen so both people recognize its not just a name you call but a real person who needs to be part of your team.

I mainly want to network with people with similar goals and vision to expand into a team.
