Hi Nathan, The inspector fail to comply by his and you r agreement, this is totally unacceptable, he is not allowed legally or professionally to share the inspection with others or agent with pout your authorizing it, I will get with an attorney and discuss this issue, also chek his training and affiliation with ASHI or InterNASHI and you can file a complaint.

@Kim Meredith HamptonThere is no abeyance on eviction for holdover tenant, only for eviction for the sole non payment of rent.So make sure that you make the proper written notification of non renewal of rent 30 days in advance, and as soon as they failed to leave, notify them that they are in violation and they would be charged for double rent as per the state statute.
