That tenant might be a good risk.If a business failed and now there is a good job, that might be a good risk.If bankruptcy was caused by foolish spending and unwillingness to pay bills, the leopard doesn't change his spots, and that applicant is a bad risk.If the bankruptcy was several years ago and bills have all been paid since then: good risk.

If any seller, including the federal government, has the obligation to keep the property in good condition to closing, if they fail, you have recourse.

http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/thu-august-13-2009/glenn-beck-s-operation Maybe I missed the point of the video but I fail to see how the video of Beck obviously contradicting himself on the health care issue (side note, or perhaps not; just because you have a bad experience with health care does not eliminate the fact that as he stated "we have the best health care system in the world", which is still a debatable issue) has anything to do with the fact that Anita Dunn proclaimed in public that Mao Tse Tung is one of her favorite philosophers?
