I am interested in Edmonton and the island as they are still the capital, so the medium income will support rental income / growth.

Do you have a team that does your rehab work ?

I just imagine how many millions are wasted in America today by those that are under capitalized and spend what little they have and never do a deal.. its massive pretty sure about that.the one thing about at least paying for a pre license course which is cheap.. is you at least learn the laws and terminology and If you can get on a team you have a true mentor and you get paid to learn..  

The market would support a sales price of $112,000 as the prices out here keep going up.
