I will be moving to the Randolph AFB area, and looking for a property that I can either (1) use as a military rental (preferable with an in-law suite for me) or (2) a 2-3-4 plex for house hacking. 

I could convert the upstairs to a master suite and have that bathroom, or make the large investment of adding the dormer and converting the house to a 4 bed 2 bath.
