@Jewell Ford if you do not have the cash on hand to buy and fix properties right now then wholesaling is a good way to go but you need to learn as much as you can about your local market in order to be successful.

To do this successfully, you have to make sure you listen and understand the owner’s key motivators.

As such we opt for online rental portals and a call center.Just goes to show you that there are a million ways to make money in real estate and the greatest success is acheived by designing a strategy that best acheived your own personal goals.
