I am currently on a software called "Propelio" that allows me to skip trace to peoples homes.

We don't use those though, we developed our own software that we use and so do our members.

Should we use pm software, free software, Quickbooks, paper, an excel spreadsheet...any ideas?

With all the software out there tenants can log on and pay, send work requests, etc.
