IE that they are still on the hook for the loan and if your student fails to pay on the first they are liable or it will trash their credit.Also how do you prepare your students if the loan is called when or if the alienation clause is envoked...

first of all thank you for replies.im thinking to get a loan for 150k. buy a house for 100 and use 50 toward reno. i have 10 years of experience in house repairs so im planning on doing some repairs myself. i have many saved and i just paid of all my credit cards, student loand etc. also how soon can i sell my house meaning by law do i have to wait 2 years since its my first house?
