They have a rental manager side to the website which makes it pretty seamless. 

I tried AHS a few years ago on several properties thinking this might be a clever solution for managing repairs in my units.

Can anyone recommend a property management company to handle tax lien properties owned by out of state investors who have repaired the homes & now want to make available for rent?
