I don't have a big social network so I figured I would post it here since I am sure plenty of you all dabble with stocks. 

Perhaps that's why they're realtors - they enjoy the social aspect of it and the open houses, meeting new people, etc. and perhaps a lot of them don't like the idea of having to deal with the bad side of landlording: chasing rent, evicting, etc.

I' m very grateful for social media ;-).

For better time management, set aside a certain amount of time each day to respond to emails and update your social media feeds, then unplug.
