I left it which was just as well because I inspected the property even more and there were projects I just didn't want to do like replacing 14 different windows.

You can not call them and email's get answered 2 days later (or not at all) I booked 4 cleanings with them and 3 of them were automatically re-scheduled one day before my guest arrived (I have 3 h window between guest to clean, so it is impossible to run a successful business with them.....may be for handyman services they are ok)My other concern is insurance.

You also need to know the applicable laws regarding lead and any updates required that you might not figure on like egress windows.

I don't believe they would zone it for a triplex because of the windows and exit points in the basement.

Tenants terrace has 3 doors 1) window door, 2) terrace screen door and 3) metal door, all able to open at free will.

For my guy - he would probably be about $3000 + paint if lap siding with only window and facia trim and he's not 30' in the air fighting trees.

This will completely deplete our savings but if we buy them both at the same time we can move into the mobile home and avoid paying $850 a month for our apartment, the going rate for the manufactured home is $600 a month in rent with no HOA and taxes are $500 a year, so after a few years it will cash flow and will allow us to move towards something and not just throw our rent payments out the window.
