I simply look at the spread between all costs and short term revenue to see if it makes sense relative to the extra CAPEX (furniture) needed.

They are scared of telling what they do in a straightforward way because they are usually afraid of publicizing their “dreams”.For me, those who aren’t able to tell about their dreams are simply not confident about their abilities.

Their claims can be real, or they can simply be masters at marketing.
