I'm a newbie too, so I can't answer them ... but, I will say also check out "Meet Ups" through this site and through the "MeetUp" app. 

There is great information on this site and others, but nothing replaces experience IMO.My question to the BP community is this: what opportunities are there for someone like me to learn and gain experience despite my time constraint?  

Then I would go on site and count every lot and note which lots appear vacant and which appear occupied.

I just recently found this site a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed the great info BP provides.

I came across a lot of videos by Brandon Turner and most of what he said made sense, so I figured I'd do more research about BiggerPockets which ultimately led me to join the site. 

So it's not a simple matter of, "here's my bill, cut me a check".At my rental condo, to control costs, they had resident condo owners volunteer doing chores.

I would really like to get a jump-start on my portfolio in Phoenix before I move there, and the timing seems right in both markets; however, my biggest concern is getting into a property that eventually needs my personal attention on-site, for whatever reason, and ends up being a bad deal.
