I bet there is more to the drop than you are telling us or that you even understand.

I bet you would find every BP member willing to take that kind of ROI on any deal!

But no matter where I'm going in this city, you can bet I'm carrying a peace keeper.

I guess my point is that just having a gun doesn't make you safer, you have to have the right mindset and skills for it to be of much use to you or worse case, not a detriment.

I would bet that a 200 year old painted lady in San Francisco would cost you a fortune.

I'd prefer an even money bet, or at least one with a better edge than roulette or the ponies.

If you compare the two properties (the one in Texas with the one in Alabama), the cost to rent ratio is huge, At first glace you can tell that from a cash flow perspective, the Birmingham property is a sure bet, however there are many other factors that would show that in the long run, the Texas property may turn to be a better long term investment ( Age, neighbourhood, type of renters, potential appreciation, saleability, etc).Many times where you have two different properties in two different states that rent for a similar amount, you are still comparing apples to oranges for the reasons mentioned above

If there is a problem, they are you best bet in giving guidance on what needs to be correct and what permits and fines might be required.
