I have considered ordering 10-12 different models of larger tiny homes so people could try before they buy and enjoy some of the great small towns in the Willamette Valley.

I am planning to purchase a buy and hold property in the northern part of the bay area, CA or the central valley as my first investment.

On the downside I have a full time career as a teacher and run a full time business which eats up about 65-70 hours per week (I know, wah wah, cry me a river). 

To do this, I'd commit to selling it in 24-36 months and to bnb it  an avg of $700/mo, $900 after taxes and fees.An argument for having a basic primary that can be a good rental down the road is my young friend across the river @Nik Moushon  .
