How do you Find buyers in your area and market for your projects when your new to the business with a very small marketing budget and tons of deals on the table.

After doing a gut renovation on my home with a GC a few months ago, I found myself drawn to the process of the renovations.

People will eventually want to give you money to invest into your projects and you don't want to come across as a materialistic flashy person. 

ARV is value of the house after renovation is complete.  

I currently have 2 SFH rentals, having just purchased my second one last month and am currently renovating it.
