Also ask about putting a electric heater Baseboard or Wall with a thermostat that is locked onto 65 whatever the legal heat limit is or at least has the inability to be shutoff.

If you breached a duty owed to them say by not locking the door etc maybe they have a claim, if they have insurance it is likely the risk falls on them not you.

With the fantastic rates offered today locking in 4-5% loans for 30 years is much better than having the mortgage rate risk that a commercial blanket loan would have at renewal.

Hi Ann, That is very very helpful indeed Can you or anyone recommend also some really reliable high level PM property managers that watch our back as investors and are very active hands on ( advanced with their transparency online system and really good as PM to advice me as to viability of certain properties for rentals ).

I know this an excellent deal, but my concern is locking up much more money than I originally anticipated which will severely push back the timeline to purchase my own home and it doesn’t give me the ability to scale/capitalize on future opportunities when they come up.
