Hi All,I am new to the wonderful platform.Being an overseas investor that has just formed an LLC, I would need an independent company to act as a good reliable high level service of  Physical address in the US ( mainly for getting correspondence from the bank / Credit & Debit cards / other correspondence not relating to registered agent as it seems the Attorney that has formed the LLC would act as a Registered agent for that purpose not for bank correspondence ) Need any good recommendations of great such websites / services that are reliable and high level good with forwarding overseas only the mail we ask them to do / they scan every mail to email and I can choose which ones to forward. 

I know Zillow or redfin is not very reliable but they should be close. 

One free website that I like to use and have found to be pretty reliable it www.pipl.com, just enter the homeowner's name and city of residence. 

I'm closing soon and need to find a reliable contractor.

Hi GR biggerpockets,Looking to hear about good reliable property management companies in the Grand Rapids area. 

I'd expected I'd use VRBO or AirBnB to help in marketing, bookings, etc. and will seek a reliable cleaning service and handyman to keep the place taken care of.  

I sure hope some seasoned pros answer- I'm a newbie and have been podcast binging but would love the lingo/techniques in one reliable source!

@Pat JacksonWhile you occasionally find a deal with pent-up equity -  we bought a triplex earlier this year for $75K which appraised at $145K on day one - the more reliable approach is to find a property that is tired and mismanaged; buy it shrewdly; then improve the business and force equity.  

I've tried the marketplace here on BP and some internet searches without any reliable results. 

Hard to keep and find reliable contractors at least not really expensive ones.
