In the time spent to find, process, and receive funds from a conventional lender for 1 property, you can fund 2 with hard money.

I haven't had mine challenged in court, so I can't directly speak to that, however the guidance on this that I have received is that the reason they are challenged in court is because people don't treat them like a business.
