Personally, I would only use HML as a last resort and would prefer to sweeten the deal with the seller if possible...they MAY be easier to work with...and offer more favorable terms.

There's no reason for anyone to grow up and invest, they can choose shopping centers and apartments right now.I have asked many investors what type of real estate crowdfunds they prefer, and have read many articles and posts about crowdfunding.

I have noticed the same with triplexes (not a bad thing, I know) but I would prefer to pay my mortgage down along side others that would love to help me pay it down by occupying the space itself.Should anyone have advice on a way to get my foot in the door regarding duplexes, please let me know.
