I've heard great things about the city and it pops into my mind on occasion as a possible nice and reasonably affordable place to move to escape the freezing cold winters!!!!

Hello everyone so first and foremost I just completed 5 months of real estate schools, test, pop quizzes, state and national exams, but I survived it lol with that being said I am now licensed and have access to MLS.

oh and my i think my Realtor went into property and put up the Railings, pop off valve, and broken windows - (without a repair amendment) and without talking/consulting with me.  

Don't want to pop your bubble, but you're just not going to have deals like this fall into your lap.

And... what to do with the two front facing windows on second floor... adding a contrasting color to pop?

A few weeks later it popped up again on the MLS back on the market.  

I have a really nice spreadsheet that I made based upon another user's work, and it helped me figure out right away if a property was worth it or not when buying, and it gave me a quick net return results when I popped in the numbers.  

There are still good deals in Vallejo, here and there in Oakland, and some that pop up in Martinez.
