There's a lot of people that rather visit a property that they are already familiar with (many photos, more photos, more Photos, The name of the neighbor's dog, more photos) and anything that a prospective buyer will find out later on, even if you didn't tell them.

No pets permitted, per the lease, and we just don't allow them in any of our rentals.It's come to our attention, that they have a dog, and to make matters crazier, we received a hand written letter from the tenants 10yr old daughter, demanding we allow pets.
