We seek a General Contractor to complete permits and begin demolition in late Oct.

Purely for cash flow, rent for the SFH would be ~1.4k, and each unit could be rented at around 900, so I guess if the rehab + permits and all that process make sense number-wise I would go for it.

I am still in college and looking for some guidance because I don’t know where to start.

What are the costs of getting these 3 units permitted in southern California?

Are inspectors able to find those things as well or do you pull permits?

Partner up start building MF 25+ units and offer long term or student housing near a high traffic college towns.

Oh, and you are permitted to rent the home out when you are not "vacationing."

I am a 22 year old that just graduated college during the covid era from Ohio University.
