I continue to comb through the forums daily and take in as much as I can.

I am a Preconstruction Manager (estimator) by day and live and breathe numbers and spreadsheets daily.

I've looked at the daily usage online and it shows certain days where anywhere from 900 to 1500 gallons are used in a day, then normal for a week or so, then bam, another big spike.

I just have my agent there put me in the e mail up date daily on listings if I see one I like I then will ask questions I will have MY GC run by and look see.. and if we want it I simply have my agent do the paper work.. if your expecting the agent to physically take you to all these houses then your not dealing with reality.

Maybe you make less on a garage, but the headaches would be comparably lower$$$ to headaches is a factor I consider daily and try to minimize any chance I get

One concern I have is that the subject bathroom's sink AND shower discharge through the macerating toilet, and if a tenant is using the shower/sink/toilet on a daily basis, it will cause the maceration/pump system to deteriorate at a much quicker pace. 

He’s there enough he sees the daily operation.

I don't have a list off-hand and while it may be helpful, I'd always seek someone that is a unique fit for your business, messaging and approach to daily ops (how to interact with tenants, billing and the like).

If you don't have alignment, well, you can both take solace that you figured it out the right way.If you have alignment, next discuss the daily steps needed to achieve success in those areas. 

I am looking for someone to dedicate around 2 hours daily, Monday through Friday.
