Does those credit lines need to be paid off by the end of the 12 month subscription?

I have had attorneys easily show me how to pierce corporate vail by transferring to an LLC without it being arms length transaction especially if you personally are on the loan.

I also love education that I can get for free or paid so why not mix it up.

If the payment is for the full year, it can be paid at once.

 Hello,I have 3 single family rental homes aprox net value after RE commissions-Closing costs for the total ($560,0000-580,000). these 3 are all paid off. 

Great question 1)  tenant is a serial killer (or similar 2) tenant is psycho and tries to sue me personally thinking I may settle and avoid litigation fees.

Personally, I've learned an incredible amount in just the last 2 months.

Currently, I have my primary home loan, then a HELOC that has over $200K capacity ($50K balance remaining on it, but should be paid down in the next 3-4 months), so $155K or so available to draw on my HELOC at about 12%.
