As you can already tell, Bigger Pockets is an awesome resource. 

Also, If you can optimize the app for bigger iPhones like iPhone 6, and 6 plus, it would look nice.

Experienced rehabbers who are putting significant amounts of their own funds into solid projects represent much less risk than inexperienced borrowers who do not have their own financial resources.

Does anyone know of resources or have experience with this?
