Let's see in 2020.As in every Historical Industrial City as the masses of the population grew, Gentrification "away" to the suburbs happened.And the trend had begun in 2012 and is ongoing with the next 5-10 years re-Gentrification pacing to the Inner core (we know the situation in CBD already) and spreading to the suburbs.

I have out-of-state properties with property management companies to manage them, but still I have closing docs, titles, insurance, mortgages, HOAs, expenses, etc....some permanent records, some ongoing monthly accounts with updates.

Many Florida properties have out of state owners, and some of these Florida properties carry on-going HOA fees etc. so prepare an ‘elevator pitch’ speech to explain to the PR that it would be a great idea to ask the court for an early order to sell the Florida property to avoid ‘financial bleeding’ like HOA fees and taxes etc.
