As far as title company being able to fix errors, you may have signed a power of attorney giving them permission, so read through it if you did, as it was my understanding it was for clerical mistakes, not redistribution of funds. 

I feel like it makes you look like you are going to a funeral or a formal dinner party lol It's not just that - it's a power play.

My question is now that its a sellers market should I pull all of the equity out and wait for the impending doom for buying power or just pull out what I originally asked for which was 60k that way I can braced for what impact might happen for any vacancy that might happen?
