Are you looking at buying/building a private strip and expanding the hangar capacity or would this be an off airport storage requiring wing removal and towing?

I want to get started with rentals and need advice as to getting my first on off the ground.

So i couldn't depend on Flipster, and the comps for on market properties or even an off market address I ran through Flipster was WAY-OFF.

Turn my house (paid off) into an llc (where I do all my work from-real estate investment), buy a primary home with VA certificate.

The drafter will tell you what the expected timeline for design will be, timing for permits with city, what the lot and zoning allow you to do… etc The contractor : has to be someone that knows how to do the work (experience), is not too expensive so that the investment makes sense at the end, but is also not unrealistically cheap, to the point that they won't finish the project or they will simply run off with your money… Assuming you have an honest and experienced well priced contractor, then they will give you an understanding of costs for the entire project (a ball park bc you won't know 100% until you get RTI permits from the city (approval)). 

The attorney took care of the legal side to get it off of the demo docket while we worked w/ the GC to obtain the permits required for the renovation & then executed the renovation project.While taking a trip to the City of Chicago building department may be educational, I think the best use of your time is coordinating w/ your attorney & your GC.  

There obviously wasn't any other title issue and he was putting me off, which I have no idea why.
