Anytime I advertise a property For Rent, I immediately have numerous inquiries about Rent to Own.  

We have done that numerous times in kitchens.

What would you have on your mind as objectives to accomplish while there?

The taxation can/will vary based on numerous factors, including importantly, how long you have owned the properties.

Also, 99% of my tenants have no idea what a hard vs soft pull is so that's never been an objection for me, nor has anybody ever said it hurt their score when I ran their credit.
