Take that money and apply to knock out your debt.If after cutting everything out you are still in the hole each month to cover monthly obligations then look at getting a cheaper car, house etc.

@Ryan A Rodriguez-Wiggins It's going to be very difficult to build a reliable team at that price point...the only place in the city where $50k deals still exist is Hilltop...if it gives you any idea, there are so many bullet holes in the surrounding business roofs that the police partnered with several of them and invented a new technology that "hears" bullets so police can respond faster.Your ROI will be huge, but you'll hate yourself in the morning

It had stagnated due to some bad decisions on the banks part such as making a 120% loan then trying to get that amount plus fees in the sale of a house full of rotting food with holes kicked in the walls.
