Can we divide properties while they are in the middle of rehabbing?

Sometimes I get counters in the middle.

Looking back now, there was a truly incredible emphasis on "not screwing up your future," an immense fear of risk that carries over from high-school mind control, pushed into your brain by the people who work there, all of whom spent years getting along to worm their way into a unionized low-to-middle-income teaching job, in large part, by jumping through hoops and never doing anything that might lead to their getting fired out of a government union job, or, to put it as teachers do, "jeopardize their position."

@Michele Wax this sounds like an incredibly creative strategy that could certainly work well for buying properties at a relatively fast pace.

Learn as much as you can start small and grow at your own pace.

If they're elementary or middle then school zone and proximity might be a priority and somewhat limit your search areas.

It's the middle one I have problems with.

I started a painting business 5 yrs ago, scad painting and Preservation, looking to for new clients in the area, tired of working for the middle man, looking to work directly with investors, I can provide roofers, plumbers, drywallers, flooring, pressure washing and the painting for a competitive price, I'm a small business, not too fancy yet, but my work is grade A

I also say do ad much online/ self paced/ nights and weekends so you can still do what you want during the day to grow your real estate business.
