However, I am a little overwhelmed by the amount of information you need to know or order to find these properties and make informed decisions (it is an entirely new language, and just like medical lingo, it takes time to learn).

Great investment market (REI) because of low cost of entry and rent/ownership ratio is strong.We have the largest medical center in the entire world with the leading cancer center that is a destination facility people come from all over to visit.Oh and I almost forgot, buy a place on the new Grand Parkway (Texas Route 99) because it is a game changing new toll road that is linking all the burbs like never before.

Nothing tells you the type of tenant they will be better than the type they have been....With your leverage  (eviction) and the primacy of housing and shelter, some renters can prioritize rent and maintain years of timely rent payments even if they have an errant medical bill or past consumer debt problem (especially with former home owners from financial crisis, one large medical bill, etc..).
