Advertising your rental using social media.

Their prices are higher but they do have integrity and reputation.

All those resources are helpful for a full fledge automated/integrated operation.I guess it depends on the expertise level.

. :) I can only tell you that in my case, I am still an investor, but I feel like I am giving something back by teaching other people to be an investor the "right way," making it a win-win situation, while keeping integrity and being professional.

She has to put it into MLS by Wednesday so all the media would pick it up and advertise by Sunday.Don't post it on CL - it's a sign on cheap flip or rental.Also, some marketing materials would help at the public open house.

I don't like day to day management stuff but usually, with mobile home parks, you need to be vertically integrated.  

I find that people in any field that are very talented and especially those that hold themselves to a high standard of ethics and integrity will almost always only work consistently with others of the same caliber.I would suggest also that you contact a local RE Broker and ask them, but while agents and brokers will almost always have a name for you, unless it is a broker or agent that has been in the game for years (today I would say anyone that has been active for the past 10 years or more), they are unlikely to really know first hand what the contractors abilities, ethics and accountability are.

Of course it is just one of many factors but it made me curious...How are other note investors using Social Media as part of their due diligence when buying notes?
