We have recently picked up rentals in B- and C+ neighborhoods and due to our screening have found some great tenants!  

In addition I work full time with a Real Estate company since I got my NC Real Estate Brokers License in March of this year.

I wanted to check to see if anyone had some move in ready MLS listings I could look at and possibly see while I'm there. also interested in class B and up properties including duplex thru 4-plex.  

This incredible rate of new construction is, I think, a backlash from the crash - construction stopped and fell far behind demand, and now it is snapping back and accelerating, kind of like a rubber band.4) Condos - Many of these newer units are apartment complexes that are ripe to be converted to condos.

This story is about my second rental (3/2 townhome) which I purchased in March of last year.

We're in San Antonio so most people want to be in town, but there are quite a few large ranches outside so there might be a market as well as a rodeo that goes from March-November in the small town just north of us in Bulverde, Texas.

I've developed enough trust over the 3 years since my 2nd property that the end of last year I purchased a rehab that my PM managed the repairs (closing took until March, but I have a tenant in May 1) and will be closing on a similar property in 2 weeks.  

To help reduce the family drama my husband and I bought his three sibling's shares in March.

For example:I want to have $5,000 a month in passive income by March 5th 2021(about 5 years)!

In March, I completed a 1031 exchange out of a mountain property into two SFH rentals in Loveland (new construction).
