Hi folks,Hope this is the correct place to open this kind of post.I have been using FB ads for a few weeks now and my main problem consist in a very low conversion in my landing page.

I invest in revenue generating websites on a buy and hold basis mainly.

I also built a garage apartment that I am now renting in addition to the main residence so there are actually 2 rental units.  

I know in my state, rental property is taxed a 6% and 4% if it your main house.  

You brought up one of my main concerns in mobile homes.

HelloI am looking for rentals to add to my current portfolio and am trying to narrow down my search to one or two cities to focus on based off mainly projected job/population growth, potential ROI, and where i can hopefully meet the 1-2% rule and so far I'm looking at the four cities in the title.

I'm mainly curious to get involved with multi-family properties (ideally one that I could live in) and need some advice on jumping in.

Hey Michael, I live in LA and currently am buying in Maine.

I mainly want it to make investing easier (having access to MLS, not having to wait on agents to view properties, etc..) but I am also interested in actually representing sellers and buyers as well.

now it could just need water added to the system.... or the main pump and or motor could be shot...
