You are a host, not an insurance company.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

New companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google are also investing here.

You can say vet the turnkey company...well, read up on the 1000s of other forum posts that talk about how they were drawn to a public figure and family man.

Don't forget to research local regulations surrounding MTRs and STRs, factor in management fees if you plan on outsourcing, and assess your risk tolerance between a larger, single multi-family property or multiple, potentially distant, MTR/STRs.

If you are in Iceland/Spain, though, I can get behind investing in any market that you have trusted friends/family locally.
