It doesn't take too much additional time & energy to do that, and if you're serious enough about the property it's really your only choice.

The 45L tax credit is an energy efficiency tax credit available to owners, builders and developers of apartment buildings, townhouses, condominiums and single family homes.

I like to try to avoid, with limited success, wasting emotional energy worrying about such things.  

Unfortunately, when we did our best to be a light for those last-minute responders and others stuck without entry into their country of origin due to the international lock-down, an individual took advantage of our good intentions.

It takes about 2 seconds.The face of the lock lights up and this has been very helpful when guest check-in after dark.
