Perhaps 'mystery shop' one of the bigger storage providers and take a look at their terms and conditions/contracts?

If you’ve never had a Water audit done especially in a place like Arizona it’s a necessary fact of life if you’re going to own property.Depending on the situation it can all be done on contingency basis.
