Agree that amount looks very small another option, not sure what your goal is, but if you are looking to purchase some down the road, change up your strategy and maybe do a personal line of credit for now.

This could include techniques such as seller financing, lease options, partnerships, or private lending arrangements.

If you are starting out investing and are just looking to hedge against inflation, this is a great option.

That being said, I would never just rent a property I bought sub2 but instead would sell it with lease option and get a downpayment (i.e. option consideration) which can be used when needed bad times.
