its great upside potential to buy under rented apartments. basically it is "profit left on the table" for you. that's if you can buy it on actual of course.for starters I check the rents on Rentometer and apartments.com , then i run it via my property manager juts to get a second opinion on the specific area.

Try looking at some of the larger offices in your area, especially ones that also facilitate real estate courses - reach out to the managing Broker and ask them to recommend a newer agent to you that would do it for a reduced listing fee - worth a try!
