Questions like the following.1 - Where to find an investor friendly agent.2 - How to really appraise a property myself without relying on the listed appraisals (listed on zillow, loopnet, or other listings).

But I do think it’s a valuable tool and it is very user friendly.

Being as rural as it is and as Gun friendly in general as Lake county seems, I can't see them having a reason to ban it.
