There are plenty of wholesalers and agents out there as well, search the for individuals who are actually investors and have first hand experience in what they are selling.

Cheap is great, and i have zero website building experience, but lots of general tech experience, and can figure most things out!

Real estate meetups or online forums can be gold mines for this kind of info.Detailed Inspection: Consider hiring a professional inspector with experience in renovations to give you a detailed rundown of what needs to be done.

Great experience......If you're asking about A) a single HELOC on all 3 rentals or B) three different HELOC's (one on each of your 3 rentals), I doubt they could do that. but you could ask.
