Rough rule of thumb would be $10/sqft for a light interior rehab, increasing to $20 & $30/sqft for moderate to full int/ext rehab.

I haven't seen the interior but based on what the seller has told me, it needs a kitchen floor and the ceiling is in place but needs to be textured.
