Most syndicators out there aren't doing all of the jobs themselves, they're partnering with others to handle the aspects they're not experts in. so keep an open mind, get out and network to find folks who know how to do what you don't.

RR You might be surprised how deeply offended folks can get when you suggest dropping a spouse from the mortgage application to get a better rate, lower fees, or to get it done at all. 

Not to mention, I look like I’m 16 so it always scares me that folks won’t take me serious.

This is or at least should be work for folks selling real estate related products or services.

I’ve enjoyed talking to folks that are already involved in real estate, but it’s been tough to be wise open about it.

Neither is on BP though but I can connect you if you don't get the info you're looking for here.The folks I know with AirBnBs have mostly taken a "wait and see" attitude, not changing anything yet but seeing if the city contacts them, etc.
