@Keith RobinsonI spoke to them recently and they no longer provide a fund review - they now act as a back of house managerIf you want a fund review companies like factright and buttonwood will provide one but they run $20k+.

Here we go….So my dad signed over his estate (house and land) to both his sons (me and Travis) through a life estate deed in 2022.  

@Michael Wentzel I usually pay $1400 for rental LLC taxes and another $300 for personal-6 houses total between LLC and personal ownership.

I have been volunteering with local Habitat for Humanity groups to learn how to renovate houses, and currently looking for my first house hack or flip in the southeastern MA area (have been looking at areas such as Barnstable, Plymouth, and Bristol counties). 

My wife and her sister inherited their dad’s house after he passed.

@Jason Wray and @Rick Albert,  a friend of mine would like to use a DSCR loan to purchase her mother-in-law's house as an investment property. 

Clearly there are companies who are thriving with in-house management.

As we all know, the housing market in Los Angeles is incredibly rough.

Problem is - the seller needs the cash to satisfy the mortgage + have funds to move to a new house.
