HELOCs are for your personal residence, as in where you live.

They told me that I had to insure my personal vehicle with them otherwise they wouldn't insure my primary residence.

So I'm a bit pressed for time.To be honest, I would be ok with a compromise too, such as a discount on the required work, but the guy has been very hostile and angry and yelling at me and not showing any remorse or understanding my perspective.

However, I reside in Florida and I am not familiar with the area or vacancy rate.

The inspector knew what I was doing because I was honest with him.

Any recommendations on what entity a California resident looking to do both in-state and out-of-state deals should use (LLC vs C-Corp vs S-Corp)? 

Next year my husband will graduate from medical school and we will relocate for the residency program that accepts him.

I imagine that time period was miserable for both you and the residents.

Is there any way you would be able to get another loan for a bigger primary residence?
